Guide Need a little help here about article photo size

Not sure if have miss a setting somewhere . I want the picture in full width in the main window

If its LARGE enough, it will fit that entire area. Its not going to resize a smaller image to fit a larger area. It will reduce to fit, but not the opposite. Hope that makes sense?
