Missing alert?

Hi,

I had a test soccer event like this:

Team A vs Team B

The outcomes were:

Winner: Team A (1.78)
Winner: Team B (3.35)

Member staked $1 on each outcome.

I just settled the event and when doing so the system asked me to mark those outcomes that I wanted to pay out so I only chose "Winner: Team B" (because team B won the match in real life). Question 1: is this the way to proceed?

Now the member got an alert saying: "You won $2 on Winner: Team B via Team A vs Team B". However, he didn't got the other alert which (I think) should have said something like this: "You lost $1 on Winner: Team A via Team A vs Team B". Question 2: is the missing alert expected in this scenario?

Btw if I go to the member's profile and click on "Recent Wagers" I see the following:

Winner: Team B
Staked: $1
Wagered Odds: 47/20 (3.35)
Won: $2.35

Winner: Team A
Staked: $1
Wagered Odds: 39/50 (1.78)
Lost: -$1

Question 3: is the mismatch between the amounts in green normal?

Thanks,

Question 1: is this the way to proceed?
Yes, it CLEARLY states that to PAY OUT, you need to check the outcomes that you want to PAY OUT. There is also a PUSH option for returning stakes for an outcome that results in a PUSH (stakes are always returned for a push).

Question 2: is the missing alert expected in this scenario?
There is nothing MISSING. I only send alerts on PAYOUTS and PUSHES.

Question 3: is the mismatch between the amounts in green normal?
In BETTING, "winnings" do not include the STAKE (It never has and never will). When you place a wager (called a stake) on an outcome and the outcome pays, you get your stake back, plus the winnings. In your example, the member placed a $1 stake and the outcome paid out, so they got their $1 back, plus the winnings of $2.35). You are probably used to counting the Stake as part of the winnings. That is NOT how Vegas Sportsbooks (which sets the standard for sports betting) work (never has and never will).

Alright but the alert said "You won $2 on Winner: Team B via Team A vs Team B" instead of "You won $2.35 on Winner: Team B via Team A vs Team B". Is that expected?

Should be displaying $2.35. If its not, it could be that the xen:number function is rounding those to whole value vs 2 decimal spots. I'll take a look when I have time.

Is it OK for you if I open a bug report about that specific problem (rounded amount) on the Sportsbook Bug Reports forum so I can keep track of this issue?

I'm just curious if this was fixed on today's release?

I can confirm that on membercards the value of cash is also rounded, not showing decimals.
