Implemented Max Item Message Snippet Length

This is now a Showcase Option setting that controls the maximum amount of characters allowed for the item message snippet used when posting a new or updated item to an associated discussion thread. Default is set to 2500 (which was the amount previously set hardcoded).

NOTE: This does not effect the Custom Update Message.
