Implemented Is it possible to set notification on lost bet?

One of our users recently suggested that we add a notification for a lost bet (as they already get notifications that they win a bet)

Is this currently possible with sportsbook @Bob or would this fall under a suggestion for the addon?

For what its worth, when a Bet is settled (and finalized) in Sportsbook 2.0, both the Owner of the Bet and the Challenger of the bet are both sent alerts.
