Fixed Grid View Layout: Comments ICON displays even when Category does not allow comments

It shouldn't show up as a cover image icon:


If comments are disabled but there's a thread for the entry, then it should show that post count instead.

I agree with this you then as visitor know that there are no comments in it and its less clutter, but its the same with all icons if it serves no function because its turned off it should not be visible.

This has been fixed. I just needed to add an additional check inside the template.

just so you know, a threads post count is not stored in a showcase item record, so that data is NOT available for the template you are referring to. Doing something like this would require custom development (programming).
