Updated Express mode when adding odds

Hi Bob,

Actually, when adding odds, the system allows me to enter:

- Outcome Title
- Current Odds

But also:

- Max Wagers
- Min Wager Amount:
- Max Wager Amount:
- Auto Lock - by Wagers Placed
- Auto Lock - by Amount Staked
- Auto Lock - by Date

I never ever used those 6 options in the front end. I just set the defaults at the ACP and that is.

So hope you could add an "express mode" option to be defined at the ACP so when enabled, those 6 things should not appear when creating an odd.
