Implemented Enable/Disable Sportsbook Content Types from the Find New System

As per title, the ability to Enable/Disable Sportsbook Content Types from the Find New System.

I've added a new option that lets you choose the Sportsbook Content Types that you want available in the Find New System. There are currently only 2 types (Events and Bets), however, this is open to expansion for things like Comments, Outcomes, Wagers etc..

NOTE: disabling these removes the "Find New" links from the Navigation Menu as well as Tabs in the Find New Area.
