Btw, when you are at /sportsbook/stats the "Richest Members" block should also exclude banned members.

I have just ran a "Mass Reset Cash" to "500" and indeed everyone's Sportsbook's cash got reset to $500 but even banned members got it! I think banned members should be excluded. Thanks, imthebest
