Nope, that is NOT supposed to happen.
What are you rate and review Options settings globally and for that specific category?
What are your rate and review permissions?
Was there a review there before that was deleted?
There are things that don't "match" up that almost look like there was manual or partial manipulation to the DB. ie, the stars rating doesn't display, yet it say's there is a review. That just can't happen as a rating of 1,2,3,4 or 5 HAS to happen (you can't review without a rating).
Can you dump me the item record as well as the full rate/review table?
