Implemented Display Sportsbook Cash on member profile and member card.

    Hey @Bob. One thing I miss from your first version was a display for Sportsbook cash in the member card.

    How can I do this with this version? We were using an addition to the templates for XF1 and your SB1.

    Its an option that I plan on adding in a future version of Sportsbook. It will only be available for Sportsbook cash tho.

    I've added a new option that allows you to display the sporstbook cash amount on the members profile and member card.

    Note: this is disabled by default, so you'll need to enable it after upgrading.
