Updated Display Last Update on Tile View and Carousel Simple when display Create date style property is enab

At the moment it's only possible to select the item date in the tile view properties.

It would be nice to allow the updated date to also be chosen.

I like showing the date on mine, but it's a bit odd when it's an old item so the date is from years ago, even though it's on the top of the stack.

I've updated Tile View and Carousel Simple to include displaying the last update date when the style properties elements include displaying the item create date.
