Not Planned [XF1] Custom Fields Arranged According To Categories ( Admin CP )

Right now the custom fields are arranged according to the tabs (position) alone. It would be easier to edit custom fields if they are grouped/arranged together under a different hierarchy level

Category --- >> Tabs (Position) ----> Custom field.
