Implemented Create New Event: Category Chooser available throughout

As per title, there are some changes to the Create New Event functionality throughout Sportsbook. All "Create New Event" buttons now launch an Overlay with a Category Chooser.

I've received way to many complaints that you couldn't choose a different category without navigating to the specific category page itself or to the Sportsbook Home page. This alleviates that issue.

Would be nice to disable this addition somewhere via options in a future update. I actually enjoyed the previous functionality while adding multiple (10+) daily MLB games for example.
