Updated Convert Showcase Item to Thread: add option to convert comments to posts

We regularly get members who post forum questions to Showcase. The convert function is a godsend!
It would be very useful if it would also convert comments to replies. Currently these are lost. It would be nice to save these.

This has been implemented, however, this only converts comments (and any Attachments and Likes on those comments). Comment Replies will be lost when the Showcase Item is deleted. If you need a more complex system, I'd have an importer developed that you can import Showcase content into Threads.

Convert Comments to Posts OPTION: There is an Option on the Convert Showcase Item to Thread overlay to choose whether to convert Comments to Posts or not. This option only displays if the Showcase Item has any comments.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 2 types of "Convert Showcase Item to Thread". One involves Showcase Items that have an existing associated discussion thread and the other involves Showcase Items that do not have an existing associated discussion thread.

Showcase Items that have an existing associated discussion thread: When converting an Showcase Item that already has an existing discussion thread, comments can not be converted into the thread based on their comment date as you can not insert content into the middle of a discussion, so comments will be imported as NEW posts (and in the order the comments were made on the Showcase Item)

Showcase Items that do not have an existing associated discussion thread: When converting a Showcase Item that does not have an existing discussion thread, a new discussion thread is created and therefor comments can be converted into the thread with their actual comment date.
