As per title, I've add a simply "Bookies list".
This is option controlled and is enabled by default (so if you don't want it to display, you will have to uncheck the option after update).
When enabled, there will be a "Browse bookies" link in Navigation Block. The listing is just a simple list of any users that have created events (which are assumed to be Bookies as creating an event is a Bookie permission).
Clicking on the Username takes the viewing user to the Bookies page, which is a paginated/filterable listing of all events that the Bookie has created.
Clicking on the Stats will take the viewing user to either the bookie page or the Bets List filtered by Bookie.
