Implemented Blog - More options: Set blog private | Set blog publicly viewable

    As per title, I've added the ability to quick set a blog private or public via the More options dropdown of a given blog vs having to edit the Blog to set the privacy.

    Note: When setting a Featured Blog to private, the Blog will be unfeatured.

    Here we have a publically viewable Blog that is also a featured blog.

    Clicking on the link will launch a confirmation overlay with a warning.

    As you can see, the blog is now [Private] , has been unfeatured and the link in the more options has changed to "Set blog publicly viewable".
