Updated Ad and Item Headers - Fallback Display of Category Images has been Removed

As per titled, I've updated the Header Macros for Ads and Items to remove the fallback display of Category Images as they serve no actual purpose when viewing an Ad or viewing an Item in a Multi-Item Ad.

This only applies to the Ad Header and Item Header.

Category Images will still be used as fallbacks for Listing pages (Item View, Grid View and List View) and other various places were a cover image might be displayed (Tags results, Search results etc).
