Showcase A few questions about the module

    Hi all, first post here and naturally hitting off with a few questions.

    1. Does the Showcase support Categories and Sub-Categories?

    2. Does the Showcase create a thread in a designated forum for each item published?

    3. Are there customer fields?

    1) Showcase uses Nested Categories (same as the xf Resource Manager). Unlimited nesting (altho, you will run into styling issues with nested levels beyond like 9 deep lol)

    2) When you create a category, one of the options is to set a forum that threads will be created in when items for the category are created. You can also set a prefix (per category).

    3) Yes, showcase has its OWN custom fields (not associated with core xf user fields).
