2-way convert between content types of and item/review (eg user reviews to questions, checkins and vice versa)

It would be quite helpful if we had possibilty to 2-way convert between content types

user review - question
question - user review

user review - checkin
checkin - user review

I see at least 2 cases here
- im gonna to do import to reviews all my stuff (about 2-3k items) i had from another addons. after that import some content would be more relevant to another content type
- users for some reason can post content to irrelevant content type
