Updated Header area additions (similar header to CAS and RMS) and removal of large cover image above item

As per multiple suggestions over the years and recent implementation in 2 other addons, I've updated the Header area in Showcase to be similar to the Header area in CAS (Classifieds) and RMS (Reviews).

With this comes 4 new Showcase Options >> Item page options (same options as CAS has). These are Global and apply to all Item Types.

The 1st option allows you to enable/disable the Cover Image in the header area.
The 2nd option allows you to enable/disable the Cover Image in the Sidebar.
The 3rd option allows you to display the tag line (description) in the item details area
The 4th option allows you to display the tag line (description) in the header area.

In this shot, you can see what the new header looks like (exactly like the Header for CAS and RMS) when enabling the Cover Image in Header option and Description option.




In this shot, you can see that the Cover image in header is also used on the Associated Discussion Thread (and does launch the gallery viewer) and will also display custom fields with the location of Header.




In this shot, you can see that in Narrow Responsive, it displays the cover image ABOVE the title (similar to what Grid View looks like).




In this shot, you can see what the Cover Image in sidebar looks like. It too launches the Gallery Viewer.




Also, as mentioned in the title of the thread, I've also removed the overbearing, way to large cover image above the item details (ITS GONE AN NOT COMING BACK EVER).
