Some items are date related. For example if you showcase events.
The date picker field allows us to define the date for such items.
It would be nice if we would be able to display such items or events on a simple calendar.
There would be many ways to use this. If the item is a product review, then there could be a product launch date, a raffle or a special offer during a limited time.
If the item is a sports team then it may be interesting to show the game dates on a calendar.
The applications are endless.
