Not Planned [XF1] Random item selection

Users tend to rummage through items. Some would like to get a random item for view.
Would be a fun option to use.

Already suggested something like this. But using a RAND query will have a big impact on performance as I understood. http://addons.nfljunkies.com/threads/forum-home-node-list-random.816/

So I don't think it would be useful if it's a performance decreasing option

As mentioned, the use of RAND is not something I wish to "support" because of performance issues.
