Not Planned [XF1] Multi-select categories to delete, option to delete child nodes.

    Currently, you need to delete each category individually. This then performs a rebuild permissions after the delete. Child categories are not deleted.

    On our forum, the rebuild takes about 5-6 mins which makes deleting categories a tedious job.

    An option to delete multiple categories or delete child categories would make this job a lot easier.
