This proposed feature allows items created by specific user groups (e.g. admin) to be claimed by other members, by showing a "Claim Item" link or button (or something similar to "Report" item) and allow members to justify why they are claiming an item. Ownership of item will be transferred to members who successfully claimed an item.
This is useful for cases where we list an item e.g. Toyota Altis, and a car dealer who is distributing this car make and model would like take over maintaining this item.
