Wiki style Classification (non-hierarchic similar to tags)

It would be useful if an article can be in multiple 'Wiki Categories', while its also in a normal hierarchical Category.
For example in AMS you have hierarchical Categories similar to forum Categories. An article can be in only one AMS category.
Wiki requires an additional classification of the topic similar to how Content Tags work.
For example the Wikipedia article about XenForo is categorized in multiple wiki-categories as Categories: Internet forum software - 2010 software - PHP software - Proprietary software

A wiki-category is an article TYPE which does not only have article content, but also displays the Articles in that wiki-category.

To avoid confusing we should probably call it something else than Categories. Classification / class could work.
