Fixed When moving article, show only the prefixe ID, not the name of the prefix or group.

Hello Bob!

Just reporting one issue.

I just upgraded my XF to 2.1.3 and i think i discovered a bug happening in the new XF.

When i move some article, shows only the prefixe ID. After i choose the destination category, the prefixes come back to normal.



Please ignore my language in my site. I just translated everything to pt-Br. FYI, what you see is the article page and the "move article" option, selecting the prefixes.

Not that when i change the destination category, the prefixes go back to normal names again.
