View Feedback Left For Others By User

With our old feedback system, users could not only see feedback left for a user, but they could easily see feedback that that user has left for others.

I think this would be a nice addition to the CAS feedback system

Just a quick heads up, this is being developed, however, I've not yet determined which version (CAS 2.3.X, CAS 2.4.X, CAS 2.5.X... CAS 3.0.X) that it will be included with.
