Implemented User criteria for co-Authors and Contributors

It would be useful if we had user criteria for co-Authors and Contributors like "User is co-Author in least X articles" for example.

This has been implemented in AMS 2.2.17

There are 2 new user criteria, one for co-authors and the other for contributors.




In this shot, I've created a notice that will display to members that are a co-author on at least 2 articles.
