Updated Business Hours are as follows:
  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 18:00 Mountain Time Zone.
  • Friday: 07:00 - 16:00 Mountain Time Zone.
  • Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED
Official Support is handled via TICKETS only (not Conversations/Direct Messages and not Threads in the support forums).

Weekday after hours support (Monday - Thursday): A case by case Paid Service at a rate of $75 per hour, min 1 hour.

Weekend after hours support (Friday - Sunday): A case by case Paid Service at a rate of $150 per hour, min 1 hour.

Holiday support: A case by case Paid Service at a rate of $250 per hour, min 1 hour.
