As per title, I've added some new Interface Groups to the Sportsbook Permissions. These new interface groups are for separating Comment and Betting Exchange specific permissions away from Event specific permissions (easier to manage). This has been done for both Sporstbook User Permissions, Sportsbook Bookie and Sportsbook Moderator Permissions.
