Sidebar Image Not Cropping

Having an issue in that the sidebar cover image is not scaling to fit within the area specified. When setting any image as a cover image, the sidebar image is blown up to the Showcase Thumbnail Dimension setting which is at 350 x 225

Have done everything I know by refreshing the Showcase thumbnail and setting an image that's smaller as a cover, it still keeps the sidebar image dimensions the same.

Is that a modified sidebar? Can I get a link to the page so I can see whats being over ridden? Its almost like the JS cropper has been removed.
