Love this feature! But is it possible to put it into moderation first so you can make some adjustments to the article before it's being published directly

This has been implemented in AMS 2.2.19.

Note: When selecting Moderated or Draft, it will also set the state of the discussion thread to "Moderated" (which is what the state of the associated thread is set to when an Article state is "Draft, Awaiting or Moderated".
