Updated Section Titles and Section Descriptions censored by the Category Entity

    As per title, Section Titles and Section Descriptions are now censored by the Category Entity 'censor' => true.

    Probably not an issue for most sites as this data is added in the Admin CP by Admins, but added nonetheless.
