Reading of articles by a synthetic voice

Hello,

Do you think this could be something doable in the near future? More and more online newspapers offer this very practical option. Browsers are able to read web pages but read everything, not just the article.

This should just be incorporating the Web Speech API: Using the Web Speech API - Web APIs | MDN

Most major publications use a service that offers better voices than the default; even then the feature tends to go unused as if you're using it for accessibility, you are usually already using a screen reader and you can skip content sections if a site is developed properly.
