Question about Cash to Poor

Hi Bob,

Let's suppose that I lost so my remaining cash would still be $0.64. With that amount I can't play with Sportsbook anymore, it says: "You do not have the minimum amount of cash required to place a wager on this outcome". Does your Cash to Poor system would work when my balance is exactly $0.00 or will also work when it is $0.xx?

The Cash to Poor system only considers users who's cash field balance is LESS THAN 1. $0.64 is LESS THAN 1, so that user would be considered. There are other factors that determine whether an individual qualifies for a payment however. Just because a user has less than 1, doesn't mean they qualify for and will receive a payment. There is a cash to poor cutoff days setting (min days is 1) that also come into play. The Cash to Poor system runs ONCE every 24 hours and even tho you can run it manually, once a user has been given a cash to poor payment, another one can't be given to that same user for at least 24 hours (which is the min setting for the cash to poor cuttoff days).
