As per title, Display Pool Winners at the top of Standings page when the Pool status is set to FINAL.
As you can see, its just a simple placement of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall winners at the top of the "standings" (formerly known as the leaderboard). This allows the Weekly winners to still be placed in the sidebar as those winners can still be seen when switching weeks (for historical purposes). This block has its own CSS classes so you can style it to your liking.
