Implemented Option - Default series list order

As per title, add a new option to the Series Options section of the IMS Options "Default series list order". This lets admins set the default sort order to something other than "Latest item".

Note: If the default sort order is set to TITLE, the direction will be set to Ascending vs Descending (so that its in alphabetical order).
