Updated Only include Ad Types on the Search Classifieds form, that are allowed in at least 1 Category.

As per title, only include Ad Types on the Search Classifieds that are allowed in at least 1 category.

Ad Types that are not used in at least one Category, will not appear in the Ad types chooser.

I've updated the CAS Search Handler to include checking viewable categories for allowed ad types, which is used to determine whether an Ad Type is displayed in the Ad types chooser on the Search classifieds form (works similar to the Ad Type Filter used on CAS Index, CAS Category Pages and CAS Author Pages).

Example, here you can see that there are only 4 Ad types listed. The other types are not included as there are no viewable categories with those Ad Types allowed.
