Moving Showcase Item cover image to General Information Tab

Hi Bob,
Is there a tutorial or information on how to move the cover image block to the general information tab. Hopefully this screenshot explains what i am trying to do.

No tutorial that I am aware of. You'd have to do your own customization (HTML/CSS) for it as its designed for the Sidebar (which has specific CSS). You also need to use the JavaScript that is doing the resize/crop for that block (or it will display the full size image). It shouldn't be to tough tho (altho, your mockup shows that its to the right of custom fields, so that just added a bit more difficulty to the scenario).

Or you could use bbcode to right justify to place it there but it wouldn't "move" the cover block
