Updated Mass Award Cash and Mass Reset Cash should exclude banned members

I have just ran a "Mass Reset Cash" to "500" and indeed everyone's Sportsbook's cash got reset to $500 but even banned members got it! I think banned members should be excluded.

MASS = All user records in the Database. Its not a Criteria based update system, it is simply a MASS Award/Reset of ALL user records.

With that said, one of the long time Sportsbook License holders saw your post and offered to PAY ME to enhance it so that banned members are not included by default along with adding an option that when checked, would include banned members. This individual needs the ability to include banned members and wanted to make sure that wasn't taken away from them.
