Updated Exclude banned members from Most Active Members

Most Active Members is including banned members in the list. Maybe you should exclude them.

Just to add that the same thing happens in the Recent Winners block.

Any Blocks or Widgets in the XF2 versions of all my addons will only fetch recently active members (which is a xenforo function that explicitly excludes banned members).
