As per title, Event Owners and Moderators now have the ability to Lock and Unlock the comments section of a given Sportsbook Event.
There are 2 new Permissions that control this.
The first permission is a Bookie Permission that allows the Owner of the Event to Lock and Unlock comments in their own events.
The second permission is a Moderator Permission that allows Moderators the ability to Lock and Unlock comments in ANY Sportsbook Event.
When the viewing user has the appropriate permission, the Lock Comments and Unlock Comments links will be available in the Event Tools dropdown. When the comments are Locked, the Unlock Comments link will be available. When comments are unlocked, the Lock Comments link will be available.
When the comments are locked, the editor will be replaced with an insufficient privileges message. Users can not edit or delete comments when the comments section is locked.
Moderators and Bookies with the ability to Lock/Unlock comments can still post comments even when the comments section is closed. This works just like a locked thread.
