As per title, there is a NEW display location for ITEM Fields
Header area (below Title, By line).
This allows you to locate custom field data above the Item Tabs so that it will display on all Item Pages (to include on the top of the associated discussion thread).
easier to just show you a couple pictures...
As you can see, I've added 5 Item fields and set their display location to HEADER (which is the area between the Breadcrumbs and the Tabs (also called the Title & By Line area).
Here you can see that all the data displayed in the header for the Showcase Item also displays above the associated discussion thread.
