Answered Is the process for renaming Showcase the same?

There are a few guides here on the site, but what I can find is from 8-10 years ago. In some, there are references to expected changes in upcoming versions, etc.

Also - I'm seeing a "translate" option in some of the Phrase stuff in the ACP.

First time changing phrases & renaming Showcase - so just wanted to make sure.

Edit: Also - this mentions route filters, but I don't see mention of route filters in other topics about this. Are route filter changes still needed?

I'm showing 39 results when I search phrases. If the process is the same and I change these - do I change it in all 3 parts of each?

I've also noticed my "Route filters" in the ACP are empty. None there. So maybe that part of this process is no longer needed (or I'm doing it completely wrong).

The process for renaming anything is the same. Its done via PHRASES. You only change the the Phrase Text.

Routes are not PHRASES. If you want to change a route, that is done via Route Filters. The main ROUTE for Showcase is 'showcase'. You can change that to something different by creating a route filter.

If I change the 39 instances of Phrase Text, do I thn need to add the route filters as shown here (since I currently have zero route filters)? Resolved - Renaming Showcase to something else...

Route Filter should only be used if necessary and once set, don't change it or it will screw up search results ending in 404's.
