When change the phrase for xa_cas_for_sale to add {icon::tag} For Sale. It seems the same for xa_cas_for_trade as well.

I get the svg tag when I click 'Contact Seller' on the Cas Ad page in the buttons bar.

That would be expected due to DM titles do not allow HTML. You are modifying a CAS phrase that is by design, supposed to be text only and adding replacement variable that is output as HTML.

I've marked this as "Future fix" (most likely XF 3.0 version of CAS).

This is only the 3rd time in 15 years that I've had to use the "Future fix" Prefix. Luckily, we've got both XF 2.4 and XF 3.0 coming up soonishly.
