Font awesome problem in create or edit item page

Hi,

I use font awesome in fields title.
Its working as it must in item page:
2015-12-04_18-01-29.png
But it shows its code in create or edit item page:
2015-12-04_18-02-15.png
How to solve this please?

But this one has a difference with other font awesome problem that I had.
This problem is even in default style.
