Implemented [Enhanced] Search Handler for Sportsbook Events

Sportsbook Events (Title and Description) are now indexed when created and edited.

Sportsbook also has its own search tab (advanced search) for searching just sportsbook events. Currently you can search by keywords, Bookie and "Newer Than" date. More advanced search criteria will be added in the future.

Works with core XF as well as Enhanced Search.

The advanced search for Sportsbook has 2 new search criteria.

Event Prefixes. You can select a single prefix or multiple prefixes.

Search in Categories. You can select a single category or multiple categories. You can also select have it search any child categories of any of the selected categories.

Results will only display Events that you have permission to view.
