As per title, I've added a new option "Enable 'View Full Article' links on Multi Page Articles" that when enabled, will add "View Full Article" links to various navigation elements on a multi page article allowing the viewing user to view the full article on a single page.
When this option is Disabled, the 'View Full Article" functionality is disabled and the "View Full Article" links are removed. This comes in handy for those running ADs that need impressions lol
NOTE: This option is enabled by default, so you will need to disable it if you don't want to use the "View Full Article" feature!
In this shot, you can see where all the "View Full Article" links are located.
And in this shot, I've disabled the "View Full Article" feature, so all the links are removed.
