As per title, certain) alerts will now display the articles author name if one is set and the type of alert allows me to do it.

The types of alerts that this works in are those that are generated by the Content (Article) Author like the alert sent when a new Article is created or updated or when an article author adds you as a Co-Author or Contributor or a new page is added to the article or an article is added to a watched series.
