Due to changes with [bd] bank cash field, the option to chose [bd] bank as a cash/points system has been removed. To integrate [bd] bank, you must now choose "Use Other Cash/Points Field" and enter in the name of the field that you are using with [bd] bank.
Also, the following Cash Management tools now will work with 3rd party Cash/Points systems.
Mass Award Cash
Mass Reset Cash
Give to the Poor
NOTE: The default Cash Value setting remains only available to Sportsbook (this is not open for discussion).
